Daphne, AL to New Orleans, LA
Today we do some TV tourist things. We leave Daphne and head north into MIssissippi and arrive in Laurel, MI. HGTV film Home Town in Laurel and Ellie will get to visit
some of the locations she has seen and wanted to visit .Then we get to ride through the thick pines of De Soto National Forest before we head into New Orleans across
the Lake Pontchaetrain Causeway, this is close to 24 miles of bridge. It’s so long we will lose sight of land as we reach the middle, but why come all this way and not . do
something as uniques as this? Then a quick stop to make sure we have enough t-shirts and then we spend the evening on Bourbon Street
